3D Printing

In-house 3D modelling and printing technology delivers intricate designs with an excellent finish. There’s no look quite like a hand-finished 3D-printed trophy.

CNC Machining

We use CNC machining to create remarkable bespoke awards. Precision cutting of metal, wood and acrylic creates unmistakable profiles for brands and events.

Painting

A premium finishing option, painted trophies can be colour-matched for a cohesive look alongisde your event branding. Paint offers an amazing pop of glossy colour.

Water Jet Machining

A highly pressurised stream of water cuts material into clean, precise shapes. Water jet trophies have a distinct look and offer complex profiles, perfect for outlining logos and text.

Anodising

Anodisation is a subsurface process that changes the chemical composition of the surface of aluminium, permanently changing the colour. The resulting colour is bold and hard-wearing, perfect for gold trophies and outdoor plaques.

Cast Acrylic

For fantastic shapes and slick designs, cast acrylic gives a super modern look with a wealth of exciting design possibilities. 3D acrylic trophies, designed in-house.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving etches digital designs directly into metal and acrylic. Custom trophies are engraved with the fine detail and winners’ names.

Laser Cutting

Eye-catching profiles and complex shapes are the hallmark of laser cut awards. These custom trophies are perfect for outlined logos and branded elements.

Polishing

Aluminium is polished by Gaudio’s in-house finishing team. Depending on your design, we offer a 5-step polishing process for either a professional, matte brushed surface or a dazzling mirror-polish shine.

Plating

The unmistakable shine of plating makes for a perfect finish on any premium award. Gold and nickel plating offers a traditional finished look to aluminium and 3D plated awards.

UV Printing

State-of-the-art UV printers give our team endless options for individual personalisation and vibrant designs on custom trophies. Print can be colour-matched to seamlessly complement your existing event branding or logo.

Assembly

Each bespoke award is quality checked throughout the production process. Finally, awards are assembled and finished in-house before being securely packed ready for shipping.
