Each trophy is printed to order for your event. Designs can be inspired by real-world items, such as packaging or logos, or new shapes for show-stopping awards unlike any other.

3D technology is also available for rapid prototyping and cast, sculpted and molded custom trophies. Bespoke awards are carefully crafted from metal, resin, or bio-resin options.

Designs and Renders

Designs are provided as 3D renders. These are computer-generated images created by our designers to give you an idea of what the finished award will look like.

3D Modelling

A 3D printer knows what to print using a 3D model. This is different to a render; it’s a technical file that contains the exact steps the machine needs to take to produce the award.

The design team will use the tools we have in-house to create a model based on your requirements, or we can take a look at any 3D models you’d like us to use.

Our team take the utmost care to ensure every 3D trophy is picture perfect, and cutting-edge 3D modelling helps us visualise and manufacture the final award.

3D Printing

Once the design is chosen and the model is finalised the printing process can begin.

A 3D award is printed using resin, which is carefully layered to form intricate shapes with complex detail. 3D-printed awards might include logos or specific text built right into the body of the award, crafted from the ground up.

Printing unlocks nearly unlimited design potential, delivering fully-formed components for rapid prototypes and finished awards.

Finishing

For a 3D trophy, the print is just the beginning. To transform a 3D print into a fully finished piece, there’s a range of processes each award goes through.

First, the surface is sanded to remove any imperfections and machine marks. Once the print is smooth and primed it can be finished using a huge range of detailing options including vibrant colour-matched paints, high-quality plating, or a protective lacquer.

Many 3D-printed components are combined with other materials for the final award, blending contemporary parts with organic wooden textures, hard-wearing aluminium or dynamic laser-cut acrylic.
