Yogscast go All In With Bespoke Award from Gaudio

The Yogscast Poker Tournament has come to an end – but who took home the trophy?

Sponsored by the Pokerist, these poker nights aren’t quite what you’d expect. Livestreamed to over 700,000 followers on Twitch, this tournament was host to fun costumes, nightly themes and quirky commentators. These poker nights are uniquely Yogscast, and all of us at Gaudio were excited to create something that would fit right in.

The media company, known for their gaming related content on YouTube, is relatively local to us at Gaudio; just a short trip down the M5. With over 20 million subscribers across 20 channels, and billions of views on hundreds of videos a year, this trophy needed to stand out, with colourful branded elements and a fun design.

A One-of-a-kind Award

The body of the Yogscast Poker trophy is created using profiled acrylic. The tall, curved stalk is easy to hold, and is made to draw attention to the two-card design at the top.

This award is an excellent piece to display, stood on a solid aluminium base. The base sits on two layers of bright layered acrylic, for an extra pop of on-brand colour.

What really makes this award stand out is the fantastic use of print. We use UV-printing technology, which can be colour-matched, and then dries instantly. The Yogscast branding is packed full of character, featuring their signature blue and orange colour scheme. For the poker tournament, their design team sent us some Yogscast playing cards, featuring company founders Lewis and Simon.

The card prints are featured on the top of the award, for a particularly unique spin on a poker trophy. We’ve also printed the top of the base, and the streamlined colours mean this award looks spectacular from top to bottom.

Finally, we’ve added a printed engraving plate as a finishing touch, curved around the base, featuring the Yogscast logo. With our in-house production facilities, we can create unique and personalised trophies, suited to any event, on brief, on brand, and on budget.
