Winner takes home BBC Britains Best Home Cook trophy

Things are heating up for the BBC Britains Best Home Cook contestants.

While the competition intensified, with over 2.8m viewers tuning in for the final, Gaudio has been cooking up an award for the winner.

The show saw ten competitors face judge Mary Berry with creative dishes over the course of six weeks, with only three making it through to the finale.

The branding stands as a focal point of this award, featured in profiled acrylic. We printed the colour-matched logo in-house, with no risk of smudging or discolouration.

The tiered base of this award is solid light oak. It has a smooth polished finish, for a unique and sophisticated look.

The trophy is complete with personalised engraving plates; one for the award title, and one for the winner’s name. Engraving plates are a flexible bespoke option, and can be added to an award post-event.

Overall, we wanted to avoid making this trophy look intimidating, with hard lines or an impersonal appearance. Using wood allowed us to create a home-cooked look, and a piece that could sit pride of place in the winner’s own kitchen. Both simple and recognisable, this trophy stands out as an excellent keepsake for a well-deserved winner.
