More than 500 business leaders from the UK’s top companies gathered last week for the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2012. The event, now in its second year, is organised by the Institute of Customer Service.
The winners were judged by a panel of industry experts, which is no easy job given that the finalists represented turnover of over £224bn and employ more than 1 million people! Winners on the night included LV=, BMW, BT, Homebase, Aviva and Wendy Richardson (director of customer care, Boots, pictured above).

The awards, custom designed and manufactured by Gaudio, are an evolution of last years award, with new colours on the front of the machined aluminium cylinder.
