The Agent Achievement Awards are the ‘UK and Ireland’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of the travel trade‘. In association with Virgin Atlantic, the awards recognised winners in a whopping 38 categories. In 3 parts, they cover regional awards and wider industry titles, including the Sustainability Agent of the Year and the Tipto Independent Agency of the Year.

This years’ ceremony was held in London’s Park Plaza Westminster Hotel, the perfect venue for a lively night of celebration. Over 700 agents and travel industry professionals gathered to find out who would take home these highly anticipated awards.

Hosted by television personality and football pundit Mark Wright and Travel Weekly’s own editor-in-chief Luxley, this award ceremony was not one to miss.

The Agent Achievement Awards are major accolades in the travel industry, presented to well-deserved winners’ after a year of hard work in an ever-changing environment. It was important the award design reflected this modern ceremony and the prestige of each winning title. Not only did they need to embody the brand, they needed to celebrate the individuals and businesses themselves.

The final piece is a custom acrylic award; a smooth and straightforward design, this trophy has plentry of space for printed and branded detail. The award is freestanding, which means it doesn’t sit on a traditional base or pedestal. Made of a single form that stand’s alone, all custom detail is on the main acrylic body.

Primarily solid acrylic, the award boasts a modern clear design. Acrylic is hugely versatile and offers a wealth of design possibilities, making it a favourite material amongst many event organisers looking for bespoke awards. The surface can be printed or engraved and sheets of acrylic are laser-cut or milled to create custom profiles. The Agent Achievement Award design consists of a tall, rectangular form with layered aluminium detail. The aluminium has a brushed surface finish for a matte shine on either side of the award. Not only does aluminium provide a classic shine as an aesthetic component, it serves to add some additional weight and tactile element to the design.

The Agent Achievement Award logo is printed directly onto the face of the award, colour-matched for a cohesive look with the branding at the ceremony itself, as well as on their website and social media. Print is cured for a hard-wearing and crystal clear finish.

Each award is printed with the year of the ceremony and personalised further with the winners’ details. This includes the name of the winning individual and the category they are recognised in.
