Teaching Awards Celebrate Classroom Heroes
Teachers are classroom heroes, and in 2020 the Teaching Awards recognised that the classroom looked a little different this year. From dining room tables to living room sofas, the education sector has adapted in unprecedented ways. While there was no ceremony in 2020, BBC One’s The One Show featured the Teaching awards, ‘recognising and celebrating excellence in education’.
Gaudio manufacture two awards for the Teaching Awards; a gold winners’ trophy, and a silver runners up award.
Each award is assembled, personalised, and quality-checked by our team at our in-house production space in Gloucestershire. The production of the Gold Teaching Awards starts with solid aluminium, cut to display a profiled face.
The face features an intricate laser-engraving of a growing tree, expanding outwards into the body of the award. Our design team collaborate with individuals, small businesses and global brands to create custom designs to suit every brief, brand, and budget. In 2019, they worked with the Teaching Awards team on this design.
In three layers, these trophies are sturdy and freestanding, paired with rich gold tones for a creative combination of classic and contemporary features. The award is finished with a smooth, matte surface and each one is personalised with the winners’ name and category.

Custom tablets are an extremely popular option with huge flexibility of design.
The Silver Award is a solid aluminium tablet with a shining polished finish, and bespoke print. Our colour-matched printing offers precision for logos and brand elements, and this mirror polish offers the perfect canvas to display the Teaching Awards logo.
