For the first time in just under three years, employees of The Ardonagh Group met in London for their annual employee recognition award ceremony. A glitzy evening at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, 450 Group employees gathered to celebrate ‘the superhuman efforts of colleagues across all corners of the Group’.

This years’ employee recognition awards smashed records with over 850 nominations, cut down to just 61 finalists and 13 well-deserved winners. The annual Spotlight Awards winners were presented with custom acrylic trophies to recognise their achievements over the last year.

To make these stunning awards, the client provided our team with a design concept. Custom Awards That Are World-Renowned

Custom acrylic awards guarantee versatile and engaging designs. For the Spotlight Awards, a modern concept led to a unique piece with a clear focal point on the brand and winner, emphasised by these unique intersecting curves. The trophy has an integrated base, securing the top of the award in place, offering a contemporary twist between a freestanding piece and a traditional award, with space for personalisation.

The Ardonagh logo is featured in high-quality, colour-matched print to match the base, in a rich green font. The logo is layered on top of a subtle print of the earth, for a sophisticated finishing touch.

Lucky winners’ names are added using name plates. Name plates are available in a variety of colours and finishes, and allow our customers to extend their production flexibility, and provide us with personalisation details at a time that’s suitable to them. In some cases, name plates are sent post-event, for when you need bespoke awards delivered in time for the presentation, but a little extra time to make the final decision!
