Scottish Education Awards

Posted on: June 15, 2011

Alexandra Parade Primary School in Glasgow took three of the biggest honours at the 10th Daily Record Scottish Education Awards held at the Glasgow Hilton on the 14th June. X Factor finalist Lloyd Daniels performed for guests and presented the awards for Enterprise and Employability Across Learning. He said:

“What a fantastic day to be part of. I’ve heard so many amazing stories. It’s a privilege to be here and meet so many inspirational people.”

To reflect this year’s Circus theme, the trophy design was refreshed, complete with the new logo colourings. The award is made from polished aluminium with a pink Perspex star inset, and a tick cut through. The logo and additional stars are printed directly to the metal.
