We’re pleased to let you know that we are continuing to support our customers during this time. Per Government guidelines, we are operating with social distancing measures in place.
What does this mean for my delivery?
Your Account Manager will inform you if you need to allow for extra time for delivery when placing an order. We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure service is not disrupted, while remaining safe.
Can I still enquire or place an order?
Yes. Our Account Managers are available via phone, email or through our website to answer any queries.
Are my design options limited?
No, we still offer the same bespoke design service, with every design tailored to your brief, brand, and budget. Our in-house manufacturing space is operating with safety measures in place for both staff and customers.
My event has moved online! What are my delivery options?
For orders of multiple awards, we’re still offering delivery to individual recipients. You can read more about how Gaudio is supporting virtual events here.
