The Investors in People Awards were treated to a redesign this year, and today we’re going to take a closer look at the changes to these iconic trophies.
Gaudio have supported the Investors in People awards for many years, but this year our team faced a new challenge. With the event’s industry forced to adapt, the IIP Awards moved online for the first time ever.
Designed in-house, manufactured in-house and assembled by hand; from start to finish, these awards are handled with care, and our excellent team ensure intuitive design, client input and cutting-edge manufacture come together in a winning combination.
Celebrating Investors in People accredited individuals and the strides they’ve taken in the last year to make work better, the accolades included Outstanding Use of Technology, Employer of the Year, and the Social Responsibility Award. Amongst a total of 39 categories, there was plenty to celebrate with Investors in People this year.
The body of this trophy is aluminium. Aluminium columns make for extremely versatile components and are often a popular choice. They’re available in a selection of finishes, with plenty of room for text, graphics and additional detail.
For the Investors in People event, our designers presented a brushed finish. Offering a subtle texture with a professional matte surface, the brushed finish provides a silver canvas for hard-wearing print or engraving.
Pink acrylic offers a tie-in to the Investors in People brand, with bold, tactile detail on the front, as well as caps for a tidy finish.
The personalised detail is printed in white for remarkable contrast against the pink, and includes category details and the name of the winning organisation or individual. Finally, the Investors in People logo is engraved onto the brushed surface, for a clear, sharp and stand-out reminder of what employers and individuals across the globe have been working towards this year.
