How Our Pricing Works
One of the most frequent questions we get asked is how much do your awards cost? You may have noticed that most of the awards on our website don’t have pricing on them, and there is a very good reason for this. All of our awards are designed specifically for your needs, including your budget. For this reason, we offer a free design and quote service, so you can see exactly what you are getting for your money. The handy guide below shows how easy the process is:
Try to give us as much information as possible, the more the design team have to work with, the better results you will get. As well as giving us a budget, quantities, event date and any ideas you’ve already had, why not send over any graphics you’ve already had done such as invites, website design, brochures and staging design. This will ensure that the award design ties in nicely with the rest of the event to really push your branding.
Once we have enough information, we will begin designing an award especially for your needs. The design and quote process normally takes 48 hours, but it could take longer for more complex designs. Our design team will normally put together at least 3 ideas initially, with concepts above, below and on your budget. The artwork will show a range of options, and where materials can be substituted with cheaper/more expensive alternatives.
Only once the designs are ready can we put together a quote for you. We manufacture most of our awards in-house, but if it’s a particularly complex design we may need to get quotes for materials, process or components from external suppliers. Our pricing is calculated based on cost of materials and labour time, so the more awards you order the bigger savings you can make.
Once you have received your designs and quotes our design team is happy to make any alterations or produce new designs based on your feedback. Feel free to mix and match components from different designs until you have an award that you are happy with.
So as you can see, bespoke award pricing is not as easy as picking a product code out of a brochure! Despite this, our team will try their best to make the whole process as easy and quick as possible. They may be able to provide ball-park prices if you are in a rush, or give you an idea of the sort of thing you may be able to get for your budget.
