The guests arriving at the Conference Awards 2013 on Friday 7th June were treated to a sunny afternoon welcome at the fabulous Brewery venue in Central London but it wasn’t just the weather that had attendees keeping their fingers crossed. With nominations in 19 categories for the main event and 15 categories for the newly launched Conference Venue and Supplier Awards many were hoping to walk away with the honours and a coveted Conference Awards trophy.
As the UK’s most innovative and trusted manufacturer of bespoke awards and trophies to the event industry Gaudio were delighted to be trophy partner for this prestigious ceremony. Hosted by BAFTA-winning star Jo Brand the event was completely sold out in advance and the afternoon did not disappoint.
Winners of the star themed aluminium awards included Incisive Media in the Best Awards Experience category, Emap for Best Publication Led Awards Programme and UBM Awards and Partnerships won for a fantastic second year in a row in the Best Awards Programme category for their event The National Business Awards.
Gaudio Managing Director Adam Hutchinson was honoured to be presenting the award in the category Best Publication Led Conference where the accolade went to the International Herald Tribune for their IHT Luxury Conference 2012.
The Gaudio team were especially excited that so many of their clients received recognition for their efforts and hard work in a very specialized industry and sent their congratulations to all of the lucky winners.
