Custom Awards for the FEBE 100 Growth List

From the cautiously optimistic, to the steadfast and sure-footed, no two entrepreneurs are the same. For uniquely aspiring individuals, it was only right to create an equally unique bespoke award for members of the FEBE Growth 100 List.

This week we’re taking a closer look at these acrylic awards, designed and manufactured by our team in Gloucestershire. Created in-house with a striking profiled shape, each piece is individually personalised with an exceptionally high-quality finish.

The FEBE 100 Awards ‘shine a light on the finest and fastest-growing privately owned businesses in the country, where the founder or founders are still involved’. The accolade celebrates entrepreneurs in Britain, recognising innovators, dreamers, and all-round hard workers.

Those that make the list are honoured with a profile on the FEBE website, as well as a custom trophy to commemorate their successes so far. The list celebrates those personal and professional attributes that drive potential, and the inevitable achievements yet to come.

The trophy features a profiled “100” on a sturdy part-recycled aluminium base. International Aluminium estimates that almost 75% of aluminium ever produced is still in use, and our product team process offcuts so they can be recycled without any loss of material quality.

In the design of this award, the mixed use of material combines the traditional prestige associated with silver trophies alongside the contemporary features of the FEBE Growth 100 brand. Layering materials provides not only visual interest, but space for design to utilise the logo as the canvas for additional print.

The recognisable ‘100’ with it’s distinct flick is cut from solid aluminium to match the base, but this time polished with a brushed finish. Brushing the metal leaves a matte, professional edge that still catches the light with movement.

Every trophy is personalised, and the winners’ names are printed onto the face of the award in contrasting white print, alongside the full FEBE Growth 100 Watch List logo.

Black acrylic layered on top of the base grounds the glossy black acrylic top on the silver base. It’s also the spot where sponsor logos are prominently displayed, printed directly onto the surface.

Celebrating growth starts with recognising where you started.
