Retailers’ Retailer of the Year Awards

The Retailers’ Retailer Awards recognise and reward the UK’s branded food & drink industry. The event took place at The Guildhall in London for a second year on the 7th March, and is known as the ‘oscars’ of the food & drink industry. The Retailers’ Retail Awards are now in their 18th year and are voted for by senior executives from the industry itself. The Retailers’ Retailer Awards are run by MCA Insight, which is a leading foodservice information company created by the merger of M&C Report and Allegra Foodservice, and owned by William Reed Business Media.

The eleven awards cover categories including, ‘Best Concept’, ‘Best Venue’, ‘Best Use of Technology’ and ‘Growth Company of the Year’, amongst others, culminating in the best individual prize, the ‘Retailers’ Retailer of the Year’ award. The ‘Retailers’ Retailer of the Year’ award was won this year by David Campbell of Wagamama.

Gaudio is proud to have been manufacturing the Retailers’ Retailer Awards for three years. The Retailers’ Retailer Awards are free-standing awards, 25mm thick, made from polished and printed aluminium in a bespoke angled-halo shape. The award is inset with purple printed acrylic with the event logo, while the winners’ and sponsors’ details are printed on the aluminium surround.
