The best and most innovative in fashion gathered at the prestigious Grosvenor House in London last night to celebrate the Drapers Digital Awards. The event was hosted by impressionist and actress Debra Stephenson and the bespoke acrylic awards were provided by Gaudio Awards.
John Lewis took home the Overall Award for Excellence as well as the Best Customer Experience, Multichannel Retailer and Best Use of Mobile/App. Shop Direct added to their trophy cabinet with Best Use of Social Media, Best Digital Team and Best Digital Leader for ecommerce director Jonathan Wall. Other winners on the nice included N Brown Group, Wolf & Badger, Childrensalon, House of Fraser, SecretSales.com, Bravissimo, New Look and Missguided. Retail giant Amazon won the Consumer Choice Award.
