Qube Learning Awards

The Qube Learning Awards took place at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in London on 16th March, and celebrated the growth, success and achievements of the business over the last 18 months as well as giving them the opportunity to introduce their plans for the next contract year. Qube Learning was established in 1999 to deliver vocational training, short courses, core skills and apprenticeships within the workplace. Specialising in delivering courses related to specific job roles, Qube Learning works with hundreds of employers nationwide to provide courses which fit around the needs of both the employer and the learner. Many of Qube Learning’s courses are supported by government funding, having been awarded numerous contracts through the Skills Funding Agency.

Gaudio was approached by Qube Learning to design an award for their first Qube Learning Awards ceremony. The brief for the design of the Qube Learning Awards was to produce a large capital Q in 10mm thick, brushed aluminium on a brushed aluminium base, with one gold anodised award for ‘Outstanding Achiever of the Year’. The other eleven awards covered categories including, ‘Young Apprentice of the Year,’ ‘Adult Trainee of the Year’ and ‘Qube Learning Employee of the Year,’ amongst others. The awards celebrated learners’ achievements, as well as the time, dedication and commitment of Qube Learning’s employees and partners to the learning and development of their students. The finished awards were striking and attractive and are sure to look great on display in the homes of the proud recipients.
