Investors In People Awards

While the teardrop shape has remained consistent, this iteration of the Investors in People Awards saw some subtle design changes over the years. Showcasing the benefit of bespoke manufacture, these unique custom awards could play with brand elements to enhance and change the design year-on-year.

Sitting on a polished base, the award is primarily solid aluminium with a mirror finish. Metallic blue acrylic sits against the top of the award, leaving a glimpse of aluminium around the outer edge. Originally, cut-throughs of the iconic laurel made a feature of the silver detail on each award, and later iterations used the space to print the logo in contrasting white print. The awards are personalised with winners’ details and category titles, making each piece truly unique.
